Executives & Directors
We have a full team of knowledgeable and friendly team members to help you on with your wellness and programs. We want to get to know you so take a minute to learn about us!
Jackie Regan-Gaucin, Chief Executive Officer
I like to say I’ve been with the Y my whole “grown-up” life. I started at the Y right out of college (graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State – Ranger basketball), first in the youth sports at the YMCA of Greater Wichita, and then moved to Garden City as the Sports Director. I spent about five years doing youth and adult sports and then was promoted to Senior Program Director, Association Director of Programs, Chief Operations Officer, Branch Executive Director, and then named the CEO of the newly Independent Dodge City Family YMCA. I LOVE the Y mission and believe everyone should have the chance to be a part of the Y through programs or membership! I am married with an amazing stepdaughter and one son who has turned my life upside down – in a great way.

Stacie Droste, Director of Programs
I am Stacie Droste and I have been with the YMCA since January 2014. I started out as the Healthy Living Director, then in 2016 added aquatics under me. In July of 2019, I was promoted to Director of Programs where I directly managed healthy living, aquatics, and childcare. I now oversee all program departments with the help of the Family and Sports directors. I love the Y and what it does for our children and our community, and grateful to be part of such a great organization.
I am married to Brad Droste who is a lifelong resident, and we have two beautiful children, Broxton and Brevin, who we look forward to raising in Dodge City and the YMCA!

Reagin Duesing, Sports Director
I am Reagin Duesing. I was raised here in Southwest Kansas and have been with the Dodge City Family YMCA for the last six years. At 17, I started as a lifeguard, then moved to MSA (the front desk), and the summer of 2022, I was the Sports Supervisor for Adult Softball. In December of 2022, I took the full position as the Sports Director. Before moving to Dodge City, I was living in Hays, KS, studying Human Health and Performance to become an Athletic Trainer. I have stayed with the Y because of the amazing people who come in and out of our doors every day. The Y is a great organization for all. We would love to see you here!

Lauren Diaz, Family Director
I have over a decade of experience in childcare and family services. I am deeply committed to nurturing families in every aspect – mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. In the past seven years while raising my children, I have actively contributed to our community through church initiatives and personal ministry, leading me to a range of fulfilling experiences: supporting the homeless, fundraising, conducting faith-based fitness classes, and most recently mentoring the Youth Group Ministry at 7 I Am Church in Minneola, KS. Additionally, I serve as a Worship Leader on Sunday's services. I am committed to supporting my two boys, Arison and Aiden, as well as our future generations; particularly the vulnerable and underserved.
